This exhibition includes Mr. Leonard's multi-media altarpiece which combines holograms, a short film, and found objects; in addition to two large abstract topographical relief paintings and several conceptual installation pieces contemplating man's journey through contemporary culture and global economy.

James Leonard
James Leonard studied at The Chelsea College of Art in London, England and Syracuse University in Syracuse, New York where he received an interdisciplinary BFA in Special Studies with Honors in 1996. While in university, his program of study combined a full studio arts program with studies in math, physics, chemistry, theatre and philosophy. He has conducted technical research in presentation holography and virtual systems implemented on high-end parallel computing systems. In 1994, his work began to be exhibited internationally and since has shown in Australia, England, France, Germany, Canada and the United States. This exhibition represents James Leonard's first public showing of work in the City of Chicago.
Anatomically Correct is a non-profit corporation dedicated to showcasing work by artists in public spaces in a combined effort to educate, diversify, and promote community awareness of the visual and performing arts.
